Dr. Balch's rate for consulting services varies by project. Travel and accommodation expenses are additionally charged for on-site consultations outside of the Washington, DC Metro Area.

There are no refunds for consulting services, once rendered. There are no refunds for software, algorithms, or other intellectual property, once delivered. However, if you are having trouble getting the most out of something you have purchased from us, please make contact as soon as possible. We will do what it takes to make sure that your VVUQ needs are met.
